What customization options do you offer?

Almost every property of the product can be customized.

We design and extrude rubber hoses, seals and profiles around your requirements. You can provide a 2D/3D drawing, a physical sample, photos or a written spec. Our engineers turn it into a production-ready tool and sample, often within 2 hours for simple profiles.

Customizable parameters

Material: EPDM, silicone, NBR, PVC, TPE/TPR/TPV, FKM and more. Color: matched to Pantone or RAL codes. Hardness: Shore A 20–90. Geometry: any cross-section we can tool, including hollow, bubble, lip, locking groove and multi-cavity profiles. Surface: smooth, textured, printed logo/part number, or pressure-sensitive adhesive backing.

Low minimums for validation

MOQ starts at 1 piece for prototypes and small trial orders. Once the design is approved, we can scale to volume production on our 9 automated extrusion lines, with monthly capacity of up to 300 tons of compound or 6 million meters of tubing.
