What is your production capacity and factory scale?

We are a 6,500m² factory with 9 extrusion lines and a dedicated weaving workshop.

Founded in 2011, RESRUB’s manufacturing base in Dongguan, China has two standardized production workshops, nine automated extrusion lines, vulcanization tanks, molding machines and our own quality testing laboratory. In 2024 we added a weaving workshop with 10 automatic braiding machines for reinforced hoses.

Capacity benchmarks

We can process up to 300 tons of rubber compound per month, which translates to roughly 6 million meters of extruded tubing or sealing strip. This scale supports both small-batch custom orders and recurring volume programs for automotive, appliance, liquid-cooling and industrial customers.

Workforce and capability

Our team of over 100 people covers engineering, tool-making, extrusion, braiding, cutting, inspection and logistics. With MOQ as low as 1 piece and fast tooling, we are flexible enough for prototypes while still having the capacity for mass production.
