At RESRUB (Dongguan Xingfeiyu Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd.), birthdays are more than a date on the calendar — they are a moment to recognize the people who make our company what it is. Founded in 2011, our 113 team members work side by side in a 6,000-square-meter facility in Dalang Town, Dongguan, operating 15 automated rubber extrusion lines with an annual output capacity of 3,600 tons.
A Small Ritual with a Big Heart
Every month, our colleagues who celebrate a birthday receive a small but heartfelt celebration right at their workplace. A hand-decorated chalkboard wishing them well, a thoughtfully chosen gift, and warm wishes from the team gathered around them — that is our way of saying: you matter, and your work matters.
From the production floor to the open office, from R&D to sales, no one is left out. The chalkboard travels to the employee’s own work area — whether that is a workstation beside the extrusion line or a desk in our office — because we believe recognition should happen where the work happens.
