When was your company founded, and how long have you made rubber parts?

Registered in October 2011, with production roots going back to 2009.

The company was formally registered on 28 October 2011. Before that, the same team had already been running a manufacturing operation since 2009, so the extrusion know-how predates the legal entity by a couple of years.

What those years built

Roughly 15 years on the same site adds up to a fairly specific body of experience: which compound suits a dishwasher seal that sees steam and detergent, which EPDM formulation resists the plasticiser migration that turns coolant hose brittle, and how a die has to be cut so a thin wall does not sag during curing. That is knowledge you cannot buy with a new machine.

The plant in Changping Town, Dongguan now runs 5 large extrusion lines, one platinum curing line and 4 sets of compression moulding equipment, under IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
