Are you looking for a reliable manufacturer of rubber seals and rubber tube products
We can quickly provide customers with market analysis, technical support and customized services.
Get in touchHeadcount alone says little, so here is how the 110 split across functions: around 20 operators on the extrusion and moulding lines, 6 in quality control, 5 in technical development, 12 in sales and 4 in order follow-up, with the rest in mixing, packing, maintenance and administration.
The most experienced people are in the mixing room. Several compounders have been with the operation for more than ten years and their specialty is compounding itself: adjusting ratios, judging batch consistency by how the sheet behaves on the mill, and knowing when a batch of raw rubber needs longer plastification before it goes to the extruder. Compounding is where most batch-to-batch variation is either prevented or baked in, which is why we keep the veterans there rather than rotating them.

Sales and order follow-up sit in the same building as production, so a specification question does not travel through a ticket queue. The engineering team reviews the drawing, the mixing room sets the compound, quality checks the first-off and the intervals, and your follow-up contact sees the same records.
