Our White Flexible Silicone Extruded Profiles, silicone tubing, and flexible silicone strips are engineered for high-performance sealing, cushioning, and protection across industrial, commercial, and consumer applications. Produced through continuous vulcanization (CV) extrusion, every profile maintains tight dimensional tolerances ( ±1 mm depending on profile) and a consistent, smooth surface finish—ideal for OEM/ODM production lines where repeatability matters.

• Working temperature range from -40°C up to +200°C
• Excellent UV, ozone, and weathering resistance for outdoor service life
• High tensile strength and elongation for vibration dampening and shock absorption

3. Profile Geometry & Color Options

We extrude standard geometries such as D-strips, P-bulbs,  T-shape strips, L-angles, and W-shape seals, plus fully bespoke cross-sections drawn to your sketch or physical sample. Standard colorways include transparent, white, and gray. Custom Pantone color matching and 200+ stock colors are available upon request.
